Matt Hoyle is an award winning commercial photographer based in New York City. Matt spent his early 20's as an advertising Creative Director. He then left the industry to pursue photography full time. Matt's work is not only known for it's rich characters but also for his post production which gives each photo a unique feel relevant to the subject. While Matt's style of photography is unique in style and tone, it's the directing of talent which plays equally a large part. Matt treats each photo as a scene in a film and endeavors to direct the scene to get a more natural, realistic feel to the shot. His work is often described as cinematic yet there is a raw realness to each character that shines through. Matt keeps himself busy with personal work which he exhibits regularly. His work has been hung in galleries in New York, Los Angeles, London, Dubai, Australia and France.
