Tamara is an advertising and editorial photographer specializing in portraiture and lifestyle. She has a Fine Art degree and has been in commercial photography over 15 years. She has won numerous awards most recently 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mentions in the Lucie Awards 2009, 2010 and 2011 and First Prize in portraiture from APA National Photo Competitions of 2009 and 2nd prize in Portraiture from APA NY Photo Contest 2011 as well as Best of Category from PIAS Graphic for promotional mailers.
The past year Tamara has collaborated on video projects as well as shooting short documentary style videos for the Readers Digest ipad issues.
She is typically assigned and awarded projects for her ability to bring out the genuine emotions of her subjects rather they are the "everyday" individual or professional talent.
