After ten years of art direction and design, Chris moved to the other side of the camera. With the change, he traded cramped quarters and ready access to good coffee in New York City for a 7,500 sq ft studio in blue skies in Texas. While the view has changed, Chris’s simple, smart, graphic style that has earned him the recognition of Graphis, Print Magazine, CA, Art Directors Club, and the AR100 has endured.
Chris shoots emotionally charged stories of athletes, artists, and everyday people. Whether shooting artists in their studios or skaters in the street, Chris' determination to dig up the essence of the situation is always evident.
Recent clients include Stetson, Southwest Airlines, GOOD Magazine, American Way Magazine, Guapo Skateboards, Citystars Skateboards, Runner's World and a joint campaign for Target and Cargill.
