Nathan Kraxberger is a NYC based still life photographer who resides in Brooklyn. He received his Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Georgia and years later pursued an interest in photography at The Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2006, he moved to NYC and has never looked back.
Nathan got his career started in architectural photography, but after assisting a prolific still life photographer, his passion for still life photography started to take root. He has shot still life campaigns, editorials, and e-commerce photography for iconic fashion brands such as Oscar de la Renta, Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Spade, Rag & Bone, the GAP, and more.
When he needs a break from his studio photography career, Nathan fulfills another art passion by shooting on the streets of nyc, capturing the authentic moments that bring to life the heart of the city. While his commercial work is primarily captured via digital photography, his fine art photography is all shot on film. Nathan’s work embodies a melange of point and shoot 35mm film cameras and medium format film cameras..
If Nathan is not shooting he is most likely running around the city with his kids or on a bike ride with his buddies. His passion for cycling dates back to his days as a kid on a bmx bike…and that passion continues to this day.
