Chris McPherson is a Los Angeles-based photographer and director born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Drawing heavily from scenes of suburban youth, Chris’s earliest images are those most often inspired by dull backdrops: punk music, skateboarding, and adolescents passing time within the mundane landscape and monumental desert of his childhood and young adult experience.
In looking back on some of his most memorable campaigns for the likes of Nike, Coca-Cola, Cadillac, and Apple, any viewer can identify the undeniable visual aesthetic that Chris is still known for today. His style, coupled with an incredible work ethic, finds Chris continuing his collaborations with many of the same clients he started out with nearly twenty years ago.
