Rob has had the great fortune of direction in his life. At a young age, Rob knew he would be a photographer. This led him to Ball State University, where he earned a BFA in Photography. Then to San Francisco to continue as a fine art photographer. Slowly Rob transitioned to commercial photography driven by his love of story telling and desire to exploit truth and emotion visually. Professionally, he loves giving a brand their voice and creating work that grabs attention. Although very serious about creating striking imagery, he is known for his sense of humor and ability to keep things light and fun. Personal work is still very important and he will always keep a connection to his fine art roots. When Rob is not behind the camera, he loves riding his Harley-Davidson, camping with his family, and unraveling the history of rock n’ roll.
